Advisor for Group Retirement Services
Ken brings over 25 years of Capital Accumulation Plan (CAP) experience to the table for Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefit (DB) clients. Ken’s previous experience includes senior management positions in the Group Retirement Services (GRS) department of Great-West Life and Standard Life working with consultants on DC and DB clients across Canada.
Ken is the present vice-chair of the insurance council of British Columbia working diligently to improve the practices of financial advisors in British Columbia by improving policy and enforcing disciplinary rulings.
Today, Ken works with Redcliffe & Company to design, implement and manage DC and DB plans. His objective with each plan is to ensure plans not only meet, but exceed CAP Guidelines. Ken also manages the investment line-up selection process ensuring plan members get access to quality managed funds and low-fee index alternatives.
